How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with Canada Post.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within Canada, sorry.
But, if you are an international shopper interested in our products, please let us know! With enough demand, we would be happy to offer international shipping in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated in your shopping cart and at checkout, and depends on the size, weight, and number of items.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, digital payment methods, and direct bank transfers.
Orders & Returns
What is your return policy?
We do accept returns. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery, and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If items are not returned in their original, saleable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives having been damaged in transit, document the damage with photographs and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Canada Post parcels are insured, and if damage occurs in the mail, we can make a claim with Canada Post, and ship a replacement product to you.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a Canada Post tracking number with your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your package on Canada Post’s website.
Large orders
As a small manufacturer, we maintain a limited stock of our products. If you would like to order a larger number of any product than our stock levels show on the website, please contact us, and we will work to meet your needs.
Service
Do you sell replacement pieces/parts for your products?
Yes! If you lose or damage a game/puzzle piece, or need some other product component replaced or repaired, please contact us. We maintain a stock of spare parts for most of our products. We can ship you what you need at a modest price.
